I work with founders and small product teams who need a designer to think, not just draw. Mostly SaaS, fintech and logistics, usually remote, often from a half-formed idea.
I start in the messy middle: interviews, flows, wireframes, then Figma systems a developer can build from without guessing. I ship it, then keep tuning after launch.
I care about the parts people feel, empty states, error messages, the spacing that makes a screen calm. 2+ years in, that's still where I spend most of my attention.

I start by talking to the people who actually use the thing, plus a hard look at whoever's already solving this. The goal is to name the real problem before anyone opens Figma.
